Shopping rules and Policies for Colleke Creations

Made to order
All the items are handcrafted by me personally at Colleke Creations in Norway and can therefore vary slightly to the item visible in the online shop. Every item is made-to-order. In that way you purchase a unique product. As soon as you place your order, I'll get right to work on your item. My goal is to have your custom, handcrafted product ready to ship within 2 weeks. If something unforeseen happens, I'll email you right away to let you know that there will be a delay and when you'll expect your handcrafted product.
Colleke Creations is not currently registered for MVA (VAT). Any local taxes and/or local fees are the responsibility for you as a buyer upon receiving the package.
For payments you can choose between PayPal (Visa, MasterCard or PayPal balance) and Stripe (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). I’ll never see your card details, PayPal or Stripe will just let me know when the payment has been made, and your confirmed address for billing.
Shipping is done via Bring/Posten Norge AS. Your purchase will be carefully packed before shipping. Please make sure your name and address are correct at check-out. I don’t want your package to be sent to the wrong address or get lost in the mail. International orders may attract additional taxes or custom charges or duties at the point of importation into the destination country. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the person named on the address label. Colleke Creations is not responsible for any damaged or losses during shipping.
Of course I want you to be happy with your purchase. But there can always be circumstances in which you want to return your purchase. Here are some guidelines to returning an item.
Your purchase will be inspected before shipping for quality control. Should it be necessary for you to return the product in order for me to remedy it, please send an email to email@example.com before you return it.
Please inspect your package on delivery to ensure everything has arrived in good condition. If the package arrives damaged, let me know within three days of arrival so that we can raise a claim with the shipping company. All claims for damaged packages and purchases will require you to send me photos of the issue.
If by any chance you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item within five days and receive a refund, providing it is in the original packaging, tags attached, clean, unused and still sellable. Return shipping is the responsibility of you, the buyer. Refunding (minus all shipping costs) will take place after 14 days of receiving the product back at Colleke Creations.
At Colleke Creations, I require returns and exchanges to be shipped with tracking information because I cannot accept any responsibility for packages lost in the mail and therefore cannot refund you if that happens.
If your package is returned to me because it was unclaimed, I will refund the original purchase price (minus all shipping costs), once I have received the returned item in its original condition.
Costs for exchanges, return shipping AND shipping of the new item are your (the buyer's) responsibility.
I cannot accept returns of customized items.
BEFORE shipping any item back for refund or exchange, email me first at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I collect certain information from you in order to process and deliver your order. This includes your name, email, and physical address. I do not collect details about your method of payment (I never see your credit or debit card number) when you pay via Stripe, aside from the email address associated with your account.
If you opt into the email newsletter, I collect your name and email address and store it using Mail Chimp. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list by clicking the link at the bottom of any of the newsletters.
I will never sell, trade, or share the information I collect.
